WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that by entering into this contract with Real Camp Experience, Inc. (Real Camp Experience), I give my express permission and consent to photograph my child and his/her image in connection with production of a DVD video of his/her camp experience. I further consent to have the images of my child created by Real Camp, in whatever form they exist, duplicated, published and utilized by Real Camp as a part of any illustration, advertisement, website or other publication, in printed, digital or analog form. I hereby agree to hold harmless Real Camp for any claims which may arise out of the publication of said images, and hereby waive and relinquish any rights that I or my child have to compensation or to inspect or approve in advance the images, including any advertising copy, printed matter, website or other media or material in which my child’s image my appear.
REFUND POLICY
Payment in full is required at time of registration for all DVD videos. There will be NO REUNDS for any reason following the second week after the camper's start date for the REAL CAMP EXPEROIENCE DVD. NO REFUNDS will be given after payment is received for the MEMORY YEARBOOK DVD.
